Shipping in the United States is $6.50 flat rate.  For U.S.A. shipping we typically use USPS Ground Advantage.  Ground Advantage delivers to all 50 states and usually takes 2-5 business days.  However, in rare occasions the package may get mis-sorted by the Post Office and it could take several weeks.  USPS will not accept insurance claims unless the package is at least 15 days late.  Thus, it will take 20 days after the day it shipped out before you can get a refund for the package never arriving.

We aim to please and always try our hardest to make you experience a great one.  However, sometimes things go wrong and you may want to return your item.  Please note our terms though.  

Shipping is never refunded unless you never received the item.

In cases where a product is defective or damaged in shipment we will refund what you paid for the product and pay for the return shipping.  The original shipping charge will not be refunded.

In cases, where you are returning because you changed your mind you will be responsible for the return shipping and must return with 14 days of purchase.  The original shipping price will not be refunded.

Please note our policy is like this, because with a $6.50 flat rate U.S.A. shipping we can't afford to do free returns when we are losing money on shipping for all but the smallest orders.
